Music, Food, and Silent Auction!
Join us and show your support for Jen and Mark to help raise money for a her lung transplant journey.
It will be an evening of food, a silent auction, and a jam session for any musicians who would like to participate. Jennifer’s jazz trio will be the “house band.” Supporters are willing to bring their instrument or voice and sit it. Not a musician? Come and enjoy a great evening of amazing music!

Jennifer was born with a lung disease called Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia. Up until this past year, she has lived a pretty normal life as a freelance pianist. Now her lungs have deteriorated. She has been added to the waitlist for a double lung transplant! Jen and her husband, Mark, know there are lots of hurdles to overcome including a big financial one. Not only are their high medical bills, the recovery time is extensive and Mark will be taking time off from his work to be a full-time caregiver for 4 months. The financial assistance of many in the Omaha area can help them through this difficult time.

Help Needed from Lord of Love Members (and Others)
In addition to attending the fundraising event for Jennifer, we need help with: Set Up – Serving – Cleanup/Tear Down – Silent Auction itemsJosh Combes is providing pulled pork. Contact Josh with any questions about the meal. Signup sheets can be found in the Narthex.
Interested in donating items for the auction? Here are some ideas:
1. Create an entire basket with a theme, such as “coffee lover,” “chocolate lover,” “movie night,” “game night,” etc.
2. Donate single items that can be combined with others
Examples: a nice bottle of wine, tickets for an event, restaurant gift card, tools, etc.
3. Donate special items that can be sold on their own.
Bring your auction item donations to the church between February 1-11 and place them in the Preschool (on the counters, not the floor or tables). The Preschool will be kept locked as much as possible.
