Tai Chi is an art embracing the mind, body and spirit. This gentle form of exercise can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance. It’s a perfect healthy activity for people of all ages.
No Tai Chi on Monday, June 30th due to the funeral service that morning.
NOTICE the new time for this class!

Tai Chi classes meet on Monday and Thursday mornings from 9:45AM to 10:30AM in the fellowship hall.
The 45-minute classes include slow, gentle movements, deep breathing and meditation while sitting on chairs and/or standing. There are no pre- or post- assessments. Anyone can join anytime.
