Classes – Monday and Thursday – 9:30AM

Tai Chi is an art embracing the mind, body and spirit. This gentle form of exercise can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance. It’s a perfect healthy activity for people of all ages.

NOTE: Tai Chi classes are on holiday during the weeks of Christmas and New Years. The last class of 2024 is on Thursday, December 19. The first class of 2025 is on Monday, January 6.

Tai Chi classes meet on Monday and Thursday mornings from 9:30AM to 10:15AM in the fellowship hall.
The 45-minute classes include slow, gentle movements, deep breathing and meditation while sitting on chairs and/or standing. There are no pre- or post- assessments. Anyone can join anytime.
